RENTAL RATE: All rentals are priced at a 2-3 day rental period. After working with so many clients, we believe it is less stressful to book by one day than it is by a few. 

BOOKING PERIOD: All rentals must be booked 3 days in advanced. However, we understand last minute things that might arise. Give us a call, text, or email. We still might be able to help you. 

DAMAGE WAIVER FORM: Each booking comes with a damage waiver form that must be signed before pick up or delivery. 

PICK-UP OR DELIVERY: All rentals come with the options of pick up or delivery. Pick up is no extra charge. Our warehouse is physically located in Renton Highlands, Washington. Delivery fees depend on the location and time of your event. In each case, please call, text, or email before booking so that we may coordinate logistics smoothly. 

EXTENSION OF TIME: Should your rental period expire before your return of rental items, we can discuss extension of time if it is available.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: Each booking requires a refundable deposit fee that will be returned within 1-3 business days after the rental period is over and rental items have been returned in the condition they were given. 

CANCELLATIONS: Clients can cancel bookings up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations less than 48 hours will result in Opulent Events keeping the refundable deposit fee.

LINEN CLEANING FEE: Linen rental items will be charged a one time cleaning fee. Unlike other equipment rental companies, we pride ourselves in the condition of our linens. If a linen rental item is damaged or stained beyond a simple cleaning, we will take from the refundable deposit.
